CIRCLE STARTS AT 8:15PM. You can arrive any time after 7:30pm DATE: November 21 2019

November’s full Moon was called the Beaver Moon by both the Algonquin tribes and colonial Americans. The Native Americans used the monthly Moons and nature’s signs as a sort of calendar to track the seasons.

Why this name? Back then, this was the month to set beaver traps before the swamps froze, to ensure a supply of warm winter furs.

The November full Moon was also called the Full Frost Moon by other Native American tribes.

Ode, Bitch, Boast, is the creation of Charlene Freedom. I am honoured to be able to facilitate these sessions and support women in my community. Thank you, Charlene Freedom, for the use of your sacred circle.

Please only RSVP if you are committed to attending. Space is limited to 12 persons. Event is open to any and all self identifying as female or with the feminine.

Please bring a snack to share and dress for the weather. I also accept love donations, to assist in off setting some of my costs. Tickets available here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/beaver-moon-obb-womens-gathering-tickets-69909704809
